Tim King founded KES in 2002, leveraging over 30 years of experience in water treatment, HVAC commissioning, and qualification fields. He identified a market need for high-quality engineering services and has since transformed KES into a leading provider of comprehensive handover packages for major clients throughout Ireland, the UK, and Europe. His leadership focuses on technical rigor, operational excellence, and specialized expertise.

With over 20 years at KES, Paddy oversees all operations to ensure the company meets its long-term strategic growth goals.
As Director of flagship European Datacentre projects, he manages complex, large-scale assignments for international clients, maintaining KES’s reputation for excellence in the critical infrastructure sector.

Leanne King brings over 30 years of construction experience and an international commercial perspective to KES, having managed major projects in Australia, the UK, and Ireland.
A Director since 2002, Leanne oversees all finance functions and shapes KES’s commercial strategy. She drives forward-looking initiatives, strategic planning, and market expansion, making her a vital asset to the executive team.

Matt joined KES in 2011 as a Commissioning Engineer. Since 2013 Matt has been running numerous projects as a Commissioning Manager. He is currently working as the Contracts Director across Europe. He is involved in the commercial management of all projects.

Darren joined KES in 2011. He has over 25 years experience in the construction industry. Darren is involved in  the day to day operations of the company and allocation of resources. He is involved in the commercial management of all projects.

A Qualified ACMA & CGMA Finance and Compliance Manager, Combines management accounting with legal and industry compliance standards to protect financial health and corporate integrity.

Robbie joined the KES team in 2013. A qualified Heating & Plumbing Engineer, CSA Commissioning Engineer and he holds a BSc in Data Centre Operations & Management. Robbie combines project management with specialised commissioning expertise to help deliver leading flagship Data Centre HVAC projects across Ireland and Europe.

Gary started working as a HVAC Commissioning Engineer when he joined KES in 2004. He has been working as an Estimator on all KES Projects since 2008. Gary also ensures our continued compliance with our Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental management system.

Paul started with KES in 2002. Paul has over 25 years experience working in the construction and commissioning industry. He is a well respected Commissioning Manager throughout the industry  working on many high profile Data Centres throughout Europe.

Gareth joined KES in 2023. He has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and data hall sectors, including document control, Health & Safety and quality control.

Bernard started with KES in 2013. Oversees the storage, inventory, and transportation of equipment to guarantee timely and cost-effective deliveries.

Joan joined the KES team in 2026, Daily financial operations, including processing invoices, tracking accounts payable, receivable and support with routine reporting and audits.

Sarah-Jane joined the KES team in 2021. Manages both day-to-day workplace operations and routine financial administration to maintain an efficient, organised office.
